Stay guidelines
Living well at the marina
- Occupy and maintain the bungalow in a reasonable manner.
- There is currently no reliable and stable cleaning staff: when you leave, please leave the bungalow clean and tidy (cupboards, swept floors, water jet on the terraces, windows) — a courtesy for the next guests.
- As the property is part of a co-ownership, please respect the rules of the Marina de Sant'Ambroggio, in particular regarding parking and household waste.
- Please be mindful of your neighbours (noise disturbance).
- Household linen is provided; a washing machine is available so you can return the bungalow with clean, folded and put-away linen.
- For rates, please contact us.
- Utilities (gas, electricity and water) are included. Reasonable consumption, especially of water (a scarce resource), is appreciated.
- PDF files (bungalow user manuals) are available below; they may be updated. A paper copy is kept in the bungalow.
